Animal Assisted Therapy   pROGRAMME

We offer courses to organisations which range from 6-12 weeks or one off taster sessions. These include animal assisted therapy activities such as horticulture, clay-making, origami, meditation, relaxation and fun based group activities within our specially designed therapy room, which provides a calm and tranquil area.

 

Programs developed and provided by approved course coordinator's, whose qualifications include an Animal Assisted Therapy Diploma, 

Foundation Degree in Fitness Consultancy and Personal Training, Nutrition, City and Guild Organic food growing, cat welfare, cat care and responsible pet ownership. The course co-coordinator is registered with CMA (Complimentary Medical Association), International Alliance of Holistic Therapist & REPS (Registered Exercise of Professionals). 

AAT

Through these fun based AAA (Animal Assisted Activities) we will be offering participants the opportunity to improve on;

  • Boosting self esteem

  • Improving social skills

  • Team building skills

  • Communication skills

  • Nutrition

  • Exercise

  • Helping to form a routine

  • If necessary, help in getting back to work

We tailor the programme(s) to each individual participant.
